Almond flour is more than a gluten-free alternative to wheat flour. It is rich in minerals, low in carbohydrates and is a good source of protein .

Its low carbohydrate content makes almond flour interesting for the low carb diet.

We grind the almond flour from the press cake that is produced during the cold pressing process of our almond oil. It still contains about 12% valuable almond oil.
